The months before birth and directly after can bring big changes to your body. Gina treats post-natal clients, helping to bring your body back into balance after birth, vaginal or cesarean. Gina has worked with moms of all ages, moms carrying multiples, and moms with varying levels of physical ability/disability.

Your therapist will bring everything necessary – massage table, linens, and relaxing music.

Gina Totten is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). As a student at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, she was immersed in a challenging course of study that covered not only massage techniques but also anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, clinical pathology & microbiology, and rehabilitation & therapeutic exercise.

Aside from her initial training, she has taken over 350 hours of continuing education courses which include Cupping Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching and Functional Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Kinesio/Rock Taping, as well as those that cover treatments for headaches and migraines, soft tissue concerns from Parkinson’s Disease, stroke recovery, low back and hip pain, neck pain, and jaw pain/TMJD. Her training has allowed her to utilize her services in the medical field and she has worked alongside physical and occupational therapists, chiropractic physicians, M.D.s, and acupuncturists.
