Birth Doula Services

Our certified and carefully vetted birth doulas are passionate about helping you navigate pregnancy and prepare for your new arrival. Get your questions answered with 24/7 texting, build your birth plan, and have a trusted expert in your corner to help you get the best outcome possible. One-on-one support for birth begins the moment you sign up.

What’s included

Birth planning & preparation: Get advice and make informed decisions to help you and your partner plan for the birth experience you want. Just as importantly, feel prepared for whatever comes your way if things don’t go exactly as planned on delivery day.
Labor & delivery support: You’ll have continuous support throughout labor progression with a focus on movement and positioning. Your doula will be there to help you vocalize your preferences and ensure you and your partner have the encouragement and guidance you need for this life changing moment.
Postnatal at-home visit: Your doula will check in to see how you’re settling in, make sure you’re recovering well, and share tried and true advice on baby and infant care.

Care coordination

As you start and grow your family, there’s a lot to navigate. That’s why at Partum Health we begin with a discovery call led by a dedicated client care lead. We get to know what your needs are and together, we develop a custom plan of the services you feel you most need. We handle the work to coordinate and deliver your care. Throughout your experience, you’ll have peace of mind and continuous support as your team remains available through 24/7 secure texting. Services are available in home, in office and via telehealth.
