More about us
Perinatal Mental Health

The journey of growing a family is almost always complicated. From the courage it takes to say “I’m trying to have a baby” to the imposter syndrome that comes with the ups and downs of raising a child, from the surprise of an unplanned pregnancy to the unpredictability of sleep and feeding, from the devastation of experiencing symptoms of a perinatal mood and/or anxiety disorder to the opportunities for growth as a parent … it’s a lot to manage!

As a perinatal mental health clinician, I have worked with countless people who want the best for their families but feel depleted and anxious about “being enough.” We can work together in sessions to blend together your unique identities, stories, values, and goals to intentionally nourish the family you love so much.

Have a little one under 1yr? Bring your baby to our sessions so we can work together on attachment, bonding, parenting strategies, and more!

Peer Support Group

We are excited to offer group mental health support for pregnant and postpartum people with our group, “Intentional Mamas”; Tuesdays 11am-12:15pm.  Request information here.

Owner & Therapist

I’m passionate about being present to the stories of women and families, confident that there is always something to be gained from increased self-awareness, validated feelings, and some reflective guidance.

Having grown up overseas, I bring a unique and enriched perspective that resonates deeply with the diverse experiences of people from many walks of life. I have advanced training certificates in faith-based social work and perinatal mental health, I speak clinical Spanish, and I’ve spent my career so far sitting with women and families in various settings.

Whether in a health clinic, domestic violence shelter, labor and delivery unit, behavioral health hospital, or in a client’s home, it is clear to me that life is turbulent for all of us, but that we all do have strength to weather the waves.

We are all beautiful in our uniqueness, in the way the light reflects off of our facets, which are ever-changing.
