More about us

We offer effective, individualized massage therapy treatments in the comfort of your home, with expertise in pre- and post-natal care.

Postpartum massage for you and your baby

Your body is amazing! At this stage you may have given birth vaginally or through cesarean delivery. Or you may have your babe after sitting for hours in the waiting room while your birth mother or surrogate brought your baby into the world. And now there are all new kinds of muscle pain to work through! From low back and hip pain, abdominal recovery, and the aches that arise in the upper back, neck, and arms from holding and feeding your newborn, we can help your body find its way through this to a place of balance and comfort.

We also teach infant massage and can lead you through massaging your baby so you feel confident in where to touch and how much pressure to use.

Your therapist will bring everything necessary – massage table, linens, and relaxing music. We ask that you prepare an open space at least 8’x5’ for us to set up. If the person receiving the massage would prefer to stay in a hospital bed or a comfy recliner, please clear the space around the furniture, including behind, so we can easily access each area.
