2 Informative Prenatal Visits – choice of virtual or in person
Guidance in comfort measure techniques for labor
Virtual support via phone/text/email starting at contract signing
24/7 On call support beginning at 38 weeks
Continuous labor support at birth location, option of joining in your home prior to birth location
Equipping birth partners with skills for supporting role in the birth experience
Immediate postpartum support for the first 1-2 hours until family is settled
Trusted prenatal and postpartum support resources
In home or virtual visit within the first two weeks after birth

TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

With the birth of my daughter, I felt the support of my birth team and that my choices were validated. During the process I also realized that there is not one right way for parents to go through the birth experience.

As your doula, my goal is to support you in becoming informed in your choices, and ensure that your voice is being heard throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

In my previous career as a makeup artist for over 15 years, I became skilled at building a positive, relaxed environment in the midst of exciting, yet stressful life events. I enjoy bringing this energy to your birthing location and postpartum haven.
