Led by massage therapist, registered yoga teacher(RYT), Doula, Childbirth educator, breastfeeding educator, and owner Jennifer Barron Fishman, Sweet Pea’s Studio offers a supportive haven for pregnant mothers, new parents, and expanding families.

Massage is beneficial for all life stages! Benefits include stress and anxiety reduction, pain management, and Recovery from injury or trauma. Massage can ease symptoms of depression, lower blood pressure, increase range of motion, decrease migraines and headaches. Regular massage can help you sleep better, and overall, it feels great! We offer personalized treatments, taking a wholistic approach, addressing stress patterns, functional anatomy and physiology and offering stretches and lifestyle adaptations to help you when you are off of the table.
Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can have profound effects on the overall health of the mother, relieving common pregnancy aches and pains as the body adjusts and prepares for labor. Each session will address your specific concerns, and additional suggestions for comfort and balance will be offered. Drawing from years of experience as a leading specialist in the pre and postnatal time, you will receive much more then just a relaxing massage during your time at Sweet Pea’s Studio.

Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for all the changes it goes through during pregnancy, childbirth and mothering. It offers many tools for self-awareness and relaxation while connecting with your baby. In Prenatal yoga, we will create a community of expecting mothers, while exploring various topics centered on childbirth and how you can apply self-care tools to your own unique journey. Yoga postures will prepare and strengthen the body for labor and relieve common aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Each teacher will bring her unique voice and style to the class, providing a space for all levels of practice and stages of pregnancy.
