To ensure a healthy start, our team of nurses and lactation consultants are available to assist mothers and babies with breastfeeding. We make it our job to make you feel comfortable caring for your newborn and yourself. We take time to answer all of your questions and we have years of experience to help put you at ease.”

As a Level 2E Birthing Center, MetroSouth’s Family Birth Place is equipped to safely care for moms and babies that may be at a higher risk. The Family Birth Place has 24/7 obstetrical coverage and a full team of board-certified high-risk perinatologists, neonatologists, obstetricians, and nurses specializing in advanced fetal monitoring.
