Your labor and delivery suite includes a large tub for comfort and relaxation during labor.
Round-the-clock visitation is permitted for your baby’s father/support person. Two other healthy adult visitors are welcomed between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Sibling visitation is allowed with permission from the patient’s nurse.
Baby-Friendly Designation: Little Company of Mary is a Baby-Friendly hospital.
Individual lactation support: A Certified Lactation Consultant will visit you while you’re in the hospital to ensure successful breastfeeding. The lactation team consists of three International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants and fourteen staff members who are Certified Lactation Counselors.
Prenatal breastfeeding classes are offered.
Breastfeeding support group meets weekly.
In the mother/baby unit, your room will have a queen-sized bed.
A fridge and microwave are available in the family lounge.

- On-site board-certified maternal-fetal providers to care for those with high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
- Access to the most sophisticated prenatal diagnostic services, including level I and level II ultrasounds and 3D imaging.
- Fetal echocardiography services with an on-site pediatric cardiologist.
- Support for a variety of birthing methods, including an option for a certified nurse-midwife who collaborates with our board-certified obstetricians to support you throughout delivery.
