More about us

Little Bean offers sleep consulting support without judgement to educate parents and provide you with the information you need to achieve safe and restful sleep for your whole family. We understand that every family is different and we work with you to navigate the complexities of baby sleep to find the best approach for you and your baby.

Our packages include:

Newborn Foundations

Learn the basics of infant sleep with our Newborn Foundations package! Have virtual one-on-one sessions with Caitlin both before and after your little one is born, trouble shoot if necessary and set the foundations for a lifetime of great sleep.

Guided Support

Our most comprehensive package that includes a comprehensive tailored sleep plan, full support via messaging through the implementation process and two follow up calls for ongoing maintenance one week and one month after completion of the plan.

Phone Consultation

The Phone Consultation is perfect for parents with a few questions that can be answered over the phone. When you have a routine that’s been working for your family and your baby, it can be frustrating when things seemingly go off the rails. The one hour Phone Consultation is a conversation with Caity to troubleshoot and discuss any changes needed to help your little one get sleeping soundly again.

Our Team

Caitlin Fargo is a marketing executive who has lived in Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and now Chicago. Caity is mom to two year old Liam and newborn Madeleine. Caity fell in love with the idea of helping other families find peace and sleep for the entire household when Liam finally learned to sleep (with gentle instruction). Since then, Caity has been certified by the Cradle Coach Academy and gone on to open Little Bean Sleep Co., a practice underpinned by supporting whole and happy families.
